Tata harrier.ev rear -wheel drive Introductory prices announced

Tata Motors has officially unveiled the introductory prices of the Harrier.ev. Bookings for the variants of Harrier.ev rear-wheel drive (RWD) will be opened from 2 July, while the prices for the variants of Quad-Wheel Drive (QWD) are announced on 27 June 2025.

What makes the harrier.ev truly remarkable is that it sacrifices all this at price with ice-powered vehicles, why they surpassed in performance, capacity, technology and safety, we not only take a significant step for promoting e-mobility with mobility.

Built on the advanced acti.ev+ pure electrical architecture of TATA Motors, the Harrier.ev 504 Nm torque supplies through a dual engine All-Wheel-Drive (AWD) setup, known as the Quad Wheel Drive (QWD) system. With this configuration, the SUV can sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in just 6.3 seconds, making it one of the fastest EVs in its segment. The Voormotor generates 155.83 hp (116 kW) while the rear engine propagates 234.72BHP (175 kW). For those who are looking for a different drive experience, a rear -wheel drive (RWD) option is also available.

Designed for adventure, the Harrier.ev is equipped with six terrain modi-normal, grass/snow, mud/gravel, sand, rock crawl and an adapted mode supported by off-road assist for ultra-last speed that maneuvers only 5 km/h. The 540-degree Clear View Assist contains a transparent mode that reflects the site under the vehicle on the infotainment screen, improving the visibility of the track. The SUV also has an ultraglide suspension with frequency-dependent damping (FDD) and off-road geometry with departure, approaching and breakover angles of 26.4, 25.3 and 16.6 respectively.

Battery choices include 65 kWh and 75kWh liquid -cooled packages, whereby the larger package delivers a certified range of up to 627 km (ARAI MIDC). Real-World figures are estimated between 480-505 km, making it ideal for long journeys. Fast charging options ensure 250 km range in just 15 minutes, while a 120 KW DC-fast charger can take the battery from 20% to 80% in 25 minutes. Home Charging options include 7.2 kW and 3.3 KW AC units. The Harrier.ev also supports vehicle-to-load (V2L) up to 3.3 kW and vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) that charges up to 5 kW, which enables it to switch on devices or even other EVs.

Inside, the Zenith Suite-Cabine provides a lounge-like experience with driven and ventilated front seats, a 6-way memory chair and a 4-way driven passenger seat. With Power Boss mode, the front passenger chair can fold flat for added legroom behind. Premium touches such as rear headrests, awning and a speech-activated panoramic sunroof improve luxury. The SUV offers 502 liters of boot space, expandable to 999 liters, together with a Frunk (front trunk) of 35 liters in QWD variants and 67 liters in RWD versions. Environmental lighting synchronized with drive modes and music contributes to the luxurious feeling.

De Harrier.ev debuts various first-in segment technical characteristics, including a 14.53-inch Harman Infotainment display driven by Samsung Neo QLED-''s world's first Neo QLED screen in a car. Sound is handled by a JBL Black 10-speaking system with Dolby Atmos, while the Arcade.ev-suite gives access to 25+ apps for music, video and podcasts. EV-Central navigation includes spider range and discovery of the charging station. The TATA DrivePay system makes UPI-based in-car payments possible for tolls and charging. The IRA.EV Connected Suite offers 55+ functions such as remote controls and locators for charging station, with a free 4 -year subscription.

With regard to safety, the SUV is equipped with ADAS of level 2 and offers 20+ functions such as adaptive cruise control, Lane stored and autonomous emergency braking for pedestrians, cyclists and vehicles. The Harrier.ev also contains seven airbags (including a knee airbag), ESP with I-VBAC, AVAS, tire pressure monitoring, rain-sensitive wipers, automatic headlights and SOS calling.

Styling signals include R19 alloy wheels with aero-inserts, LED-BI projector headlights, successive indicators and ORVMs with illuminated “Harrier” logo projection. The SUV is offered in four striking colors – Nainital Nocturne, Empowered Oxide, Pure Gray and Pristine White – Outside a special Stealth edition in Mat Black with dark interior for a sportier aesthetics.
